Beth offers teletherapy services to those who reside in and receive services in Texas.

Fees and Structure of a Session

Fee Structure

  • Initial Session: 90 minute session – $260. The first 10-15 minutes involves highlighting policies and procedures, and answering any questions you may have regarding the paperwork.

  • Subsequent Sessions: 50-minute sessions – $160

The first five minutes of these sessions will be used to collect payment and to schedule the next session. Please note that in fairness to you and to other clients, your session will start and end on time. 

Late Cancellations: Beth Christopherson’s business is her livelihood. Beth Christopherson, LCSW, PLLC provides one free late ( i.e. within 24 hours) cancellation but must charge the full price of the session for any additional late cancellations, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Beth understands that clients always have good reasons for when they have to cancel last-minute. However, Beth does not have the ability to offer more than one free last-minute session cancellation. If an initial/assessment session is cancelled within 24 hours, a charge of 160 will be made as Beth reserves 2 hours for new-client appointments. Thank you for your understanding.

Insurance and Payment Collection

Beth Christopherson, LCSW, PLLC, is not in network with any insurance carrier.  Beth can provide clients with a superbill or walk-out bill so that the client may submit the superbill to their insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.  For privacy reasons, many clients prefer to see an out-of-network psychotherapist and/or not to submit any claims to their insurance provider. Some clients are able to use their health savings account (HSA) funds to pay for psychotherapy services.

Payment for services will be rendered during the first 5 minutes of your session. Beth Christopherson, LCSW, PLLC, accepts MASTERCARD, VISA, AMEX, and DISCOVER via the Square Register. Please, no checks are accepted.
